Refundable Deposits at SF BLU

Just finished a hard hat tour of SF BLU and thought the building is coming along very well.  Also found out that in response to the turbulent market they’re offering a rather unique incentive: completely refundable deposits up until 45 days before close of escrow.  The latest pricing:
